About the Role

As a CDL A OTR Reefer Driver with Navajo Express, you'll operate refrigerated semi-trucks on multi-state routes designed to keep you moving and earning. This is a full-time position for drivers committed to safety, reliability, and professional transportation standards.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate refrigerated trucks on long-distance routes across multiple states
• Monitor and maintain reefer equipment to ensure cargo integrity and temperature compliance
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbook documentation
• Secure loads properly and verify shipment documentation and compliance
• Follow all federal and state transportation regulations, including Hours of Service requirements
• Deliver cargo on schedule while upholding the highest safety and professionalism standards

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Minimum two years of verifiable over-the-road driving experience
• Experience operating refrigerated equipment and handling temperature-sensitive cargo
• Ability to pass DOT medical certification and background screening
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to safety, compliance, and professional driving practices
