Customer Service Representative

AmeriVet is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Saint George, Washington County. You'll serve as our clinic's main contact point, handling both in-person visits and telephone inquiries with skill and professionalism.

About the Role

In this position, you're the frontline representative for AmeriVet's clinic operations. You'll be the first interaction many clients have with our team, setting the tone for their experience and ensuring their questions and concerns are handled with care and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic systems
• Welcome clients and facilitate check-in procedures
• Provide information about clinic services and policies
• Record and organize client information accurately
• Coordinate between clients and veterinary staff
• Handle administrative duties that support daily clinic operations
