Are you a licensed or certified anesthesia technician seeking meaningful travel work in the Rochester, NY region? TNAA | TotalMed is actively recruiting experienced professionals to support our anesthesia teams in East Rochester. You'll work alongside seasoned anesthesiologists and nursing staff in a facility known for prioritizing the comfort and success of travel healthcare clinicians.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, machines, and delivery systems in pre-operative, operating, and recovery settings
• Assist anesthesiologists with patient monitoring and medication administration under direct supervision
• Stock and organize anesthesia supply carts and stations, ensuring availability and compliance with regulatory standards
• Transport patients safely to and from operating rooms, monitoring vital signs and comfort during transitions
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and surgical site safety procedures
• Document equipment usage, inventory levels, and any irregularities in patient care records
• Respond quickly to emergency requests and adapt to varied surgical schedules and case types

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure or ASET certification as an anesthesia technician (or equivalent state credentials)
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in perioperative anesthesia settings
• Strong technical knowledge of anesthesia equipment, gas delivery systems, and airway management tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Flexibility and professionalism, with genuine enthusiasm for travel healthcare
• BLS or ACLS certification preferred
