GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader to drive supplier transitions and product introduction success in our Druid, Baltimore facility. In this full-time leadership role, you'll oversee complex supply chain transformations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and on-time delivery.
About the Role
The Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader plays a critical role in our Aerospace Operations Industrialization function. You'll own end-to-end management of supplier change initiatives and new product introduction programs, ensuring production-ready parts arrive on schedule and meet all performance specifications.
What You'll Do
- Lead supplier change management activities from initiation through production release, coordinating across procurement, quality, engineering, and program teams
- Drive new product introduction readiness assessments and execution plans to accelerate time-to-production
- Partner with delivery and sourcing teams to identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Establish and monitor change control processes that protect supply continuity while enabling innovation
- Communicate progress and resolve bottlenecks across manufacturing, engineering, and supplier organizations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transition timelines and reduce production ramp costs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of supply chain leadership, change management, or program management experience in manufacturing or aerospace
- Demonstrated expertise in supplier quality, new product introduction, or production readiness
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in continuous improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related field
