JP Euro, a specialist in European and exotic automotive service, seeks an experienced BMW Master Technician Mechanic for our Eagle Mountain, Utah location. This full-time position offers $50–$65 per hour based on experience, plus relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
About the Role
You'll perform advanced diagnostic and repair work on BMW and other European vehicles, applying deep technical expertise to complex mechanical and electrical systems. As a Master Technician Mechanic, you'll lead service projects from intake through completion, mentor junior technicians, and uphold the precision standards that define our reputation.
What You'll Do
- Execute advanced diagnostics and repairs on BMW vehicles and premium European makes
- Lead complex repair operations while maintaining meticulous attention to manufacturer specifications
- Train and guide junior technicians in diagnostic procedures and repair best practices
- Maintain comprehensive service documentation and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology and industry repair standards
- Collaborate with the service team while managing your own workload efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Master technician certification or equivalent demonstrated mastery in BMW and European automotive service
- Extensive hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM repair protocols
- Leadership capability and patience for developing less experienced technicians
- Strong communication skills and genuine customer service orientation
- Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality in a collaborative environment
