About the Role
As a Project Manager – HNAS at Highmark Health, you'll lead strategic projects within Health Now Administrative Services (HNAS), our division dedicated to delivering flexible, cost-effective employee health benefits solutions. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure our benefits administration projects deliver exceptional outcomes that support our mission to create remarkable health experiences.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute health benefits administration projects from conception through completion
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across Highmark Health
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project performance and communicate status updates to leadership and team members
- Drive continuous improvement in our benefits administration processes and solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience, preferably in healthcare, benefits administration, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Experience with project planning tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
