About the Role

• Draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements and commercial contracts
• Provide legal counsel to business development and partnerships teams on contractual matters and risk mitigation
• Ensure partnership arrangements comply with applicable regulations and company policies
• Support cross-functional collaboration between legal, business, and technical teams
• Manage contract documentation and maintain organized files for partnership agreements
• Advise on legal implications of potential partnerships and business relationships

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• State bar admission or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Several years of professional experience with partnership agreements and commercial contracts
• Strong writing and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with business teams and external partners
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure industries is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
