About the Role
Ferrero is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our Fannie May location in Crystal Lake. In this full-time role, you'll be the frontline representative of our brand, engaging with customers daily and creating memorable shopping experiences. You'll take pride in our heritage of fine confectionery while building lasting customer relationships in the community.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting confectionery products tailored to their preferences and occasions
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about product ingredients, flavors, and gift options
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions with accuracy and security
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing retail floor through regular merchandising and restocking
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product replenishment needs to management
- Participate in promotional events and seasonal activities
