About the Role
As a Commercial Relationship Specialist at Regions Bank, you'll serve as the trusted primary contact for business clients in the Saint Andrews area and surrounding communities. This is a full-time position focused on developing strong partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions that drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with commercial clients by providing responsive, solutions-oriented service
- Identify growth opportunities and introduce clients to Regions Bank's full suite of commercial products and services
- Manage commercial accounts, coordinate lending solutions, and support clients through the loan process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive seamless service across all banking channels
- Support treasury management, cash management, and other specialized commercial banking services
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or a related client-facing business role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with business owners and decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver results
