About the Role

As Business Operations Manager at Netceed, you'll oversee the complete business operations lifecycle—from day-to-day team management to identifying and implementing systems that boost efficiency and revenue performance. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll combine strategic oversight with direct team engagement to build a high-performing operations function.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Business Operations and Network Solutions teams to meet performance targets and maintain service excellence
• Manage end-to-end business operations processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that drive measurable results
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement across teams
• Partner with leadership to align operational strategy with business objectives and revenue goals
• Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and timeline management to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Foster a culture of process improvement and innovation, encouraging the team to identify and test efficiency gains
• Coordinate between operations, network solutions, and other departments to ensure seamless workflows and clear communication

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing operations teams in a technical or B2B services environment
• Strong background in process improvement, operational strategy, or business operations management
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with KPI tracking, data analysis, and performance metrics
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across departments
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
