Senior Manager-Data Center Low Voltage Infrastructure

Oracle is hiring a Senior Manager for Data Center Low Voltage Infrastructure at our San Juan facility in Urbanización El Vedado. This full-time position leads the design, deployment, and management of mission-critical low-voltage systems across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's expanding data center campuses.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Data Center Low Voltage Infrastructure, you'll oversee the telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure portfolio that powers Oracle's next-generation cloud network. You'll direct teams responsible for the deployment and operational excellence of structured cabling systems, physical security infrastructure, audiovisual systems, building management controls, and related low-voltage technologies at scale. This role bridges engineering and operations, ensuring that every low-voltage system component aligns with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's reliability, performance, and scalability standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of low-voltage infrastructure projects within hyperscale data center environments
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for structured cabling, security systems, AV infrastructure, and building management systems
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunications and control systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and Oracle's operational requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with data center construction and cloud infrastructure leadership on strategic initiatives
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior management experience in data center infrastructure, telecommunications, or related disciplines
• Deep technical knowledge of low-voltage systems, building controls, cabling infrastructure, and security systems
• Strong background managing large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects
• Leadership experience directing technical teams
• Understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
