About the Role
In this Senior Growth Consultant position, you'll partner directly with Coldwell Banker franchisees to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable business growth. Your focus spans three core pillars—client retention, market expansion, and operational efficiency—all aimed at strengthening franchise operations across your defined territory.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement growth strategies tailored to individual franchisee markets and competitive landscapes
- Build retention initiatives that strengthen client relationships and reduce churn
- Identify and execute optimization opportunities within franchisee operations
- Collaborate with franchisees to establish measurable performance targets and track progress
- Develop market insights and competitive analysis for your book of business
- Serve as a strategic partner providing guidance on industry trends and operational best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, growth strategy, or franchisee and partner consulting
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and franchise operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results against growth targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple franchise accounts
- Analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and business data
