Member Service Representative (Bilingual/Spanish)

Crunch Fitness, a leading national fitness brand, is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative (Bilingual/Spanish) for our Pearland, Brazoria County location. As the welcoming face at our front desk, you'll deliver exceptional service to members and guests, manage membership operations, and provide bilingual support to our diverse community in a dynamic fitness environment.

About the Role

In this front desk position, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Pearland club members and prospective fitness enthusiasts. You'll handle the full spectrum of member service operations—from daily check-ins to membership administration—while maintaining the professional, energetic atmosphere that defines the Crunch Fitness experience. Reporting to the Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager, your work directly impacts member satisfaction and club retention.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests with genuine enthusiasm and maintain professional front desk presence
• Process membership applications, renewals, upgrades, and account modifications
• Manage member check-in systems and building access
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish—answering program inquiries, explaining membership options, and addressing member concerns
• Handle payments, billing questions, and account discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain organized, clean front desk operations and supplies
• Collaborate with club staff to create a supportive, inclusive member experience
• Document member interactions and report feedback to management

What We're Looking For

• Fluent bilingual capability in English and Spanish (speaking, listening, and writing)
• Proven customer service experience with a genuine commitment to member satisfaction
• Full-time availability with reliability and punctuality
• Comfort multitasking and managing multiple member requests in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, point-of-sale software, and membership platforms (on-the-job training provided)
