CI Sport in Fargo, Missouri is hiring full-time Screen Print and Embroidery Team Members for our production department. You'll work in our modern apparel decoration facility on a consistent schedule where Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are always off—ideal if you're looking for reliable work with predictable time for personal pursuits.

About the Role

Our Screen Print, Embroidery, and Finishing departments form the core of our custom apparel operation. As a production team member, you'll operate state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, professional environment while delivering high-quality decorated products. This is a stable, full-time position with a dependable weekly schedule.

What You'll Do

• Operate screen printing and embroidery equipment to completed job specifications
• Inspect garments for quality throughout production
• Prepare materials and load equipment for efficient workflow
• Perform finishing work including trimming, pressing, and packaging
• Work collaboratively with production team members
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
