About the Role

PNC is looking for a strategic marketing leader to own the design and delivery of customer journeys tailored to our mass affluent wealth and investment customers. You'll translate customer insights into integrated marketing campaigns that deepen relationships, increase product adoption, and drive long-term value. Your work will directly shape how thousands of customers experience and benefit from PNC's financial solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive marketing journey strategies for the mass affluent segment, aligning with business objectives and customer lifecycle stages
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, digital, analytics, and sales teams to execute cohesive customer experiences
• Analyze customer data and market insights to identify opportunities, refine targeting, and optimize campaign performance
• Oversee campaign development, messaging, creative execution, and multi-channel delivery across digital, mobile, email, and direct channels
• Define success metrics, track performance against objectives, and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and behavior
• Manage budgets and resources to maximize marketing ROI while maintaining brand consistency and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading marketing strategy or segment-focused initiatives
• Proven expertise in customer journey design, marketing automation, or digital marketing strategy
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience interpreting customer analytics and campaign metrics
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across business functions and manage complex, collaborative projects
• Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
