Ready for a fast-paced customer service role? Domino's is now hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Rindge, Cheshire County, New Hampshire. You'll be our customers' first and best point of contact, handling both in-person and phone interactions while creating positive experiences that keep guests coming back.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at our Rindge location, you are essential to our daily operations. This full-time position puts you at the center of the customer journey—whether guests are visiting us at 1448 Route 119 Unit 5 or calling in their order. You'll work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where your friendliness and efficiency directly impact how our customers feel about Domino's.
What You'll Do
- Welcome walk-in customers and telephone callers with professionalism and genuine warmth
- Take and process customer orders accurately, paying close attention to special requests and preferences
- Answer phones promptly and guide customers through their order experience
- Manage payment transactions and handle inquiries about pricing and menu items
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure orders are prepared and fulfilled correctly
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with patience and confidence
- Keep the customer-facing area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
What We're Looking For
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Natural ability to remain calm and pleasant during busy shifts
- Comfort with basic math and point-of-sale systems
- Dependable, responsible work ethic with consistent attendance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday hours
- Previous customer service experience is valuable but not required—we hire and train motivated individuals
