About the Role

As Director of Public Sector Mobility & Transit Partnerships for our West Coast region, you'll drive the expansion of Circuit Transit's impact with municipalities, transit agencies, counties, and regional authorities. You'll build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in government and public transit, identifying opportunities where our electric microtransit services address transportation gaps and improve community mobility.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute partnership strategies targeting public sector agencies and transit authorities across the West Coast
• Lead business development efforts to identify, pitch, and close new municipal and county partnerships
• Present Circuit Transit's mobility solutions to city councils, transit boards, and regional planning organizations
• Manage and expand relationships with existing public sector clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure successful implementation of services
• Navigate complex public procurement processes and government contracting requirements
• Contribute to market analysis and competitive positioning for public sector mobility opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in business development, government relations, or transit partnerships
• Proven track record closing major partnerships with municipalities, transit agencies, or public sector organizations
• Deep understanding of public sector procurement, budgeting, and decision-making processes
• Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with government stakeholders
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
• Background in transportation, mobility, sustainability, or infrastructure preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area
