About the Role
You'll manage the full lifecycle of our physical security infrastructure—from video surveillance platforms to electronic access control systems—ensuring reliable performance across enterprise facilities. This position requires both proactive maintenance and responsive technical troubleshooting, with regular cross-functional collaboration across Security and IT teams to align systems with evolving operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain enterprise-grade video surveillance systems, including configuration, monitoring, and documentation
- Support electronic access control platforms, managing user credentials, permissions, and system health
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting security system performance
- Coordinate with Enterprise Security teams to implement system upgrades and policy changes
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users at multiple locations
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and maintain compliance with security standards
- Evaluate new security technologies and vendor solutions to improve system capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with physical security systems, access control, or video surveillance administration
- Proficiency troubleshooting hardware, networking, and security platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of enterprise security principles and compliance requirements
- Technical certification (ASIS, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent) preferred
- Flexibility to support multiple facilities and handle on-call responsibilities when needed
