About the Role

This full-time Special Agent position places you at the center of federal law enforcement, conducting complex criminal investigations and serving in protective operations across the DeKalb County region. You'll work on cases involving financial crimes, counterfeiting, and threats to protected individuals, collaborating with federal and local partners to safeguard public safety and national security.

What You'll Do

• Lead investigations into counterfeiting, fraud, identity theft, and financial crimes
• Conduct interviews, surveillance, and undercover operations within legal guidelines
• Provide protective services for designated national figures and secure events
• Analyze evidence and develop investigative leads using advanced techniques
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to prosecutors and courts
• Maintain intelligence on emerging threats and criminal patterns
• Work collaboratively with state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies

What We're Looking For

• U.S. citizen, age 21–37
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or qualifying law enforcement experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance and pass extensive background investigation
• Willingness to complete polygraph examination and medical evaluation
• Strong investigative judgment, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Physical fitness to meet federal law enforcement standards
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to service
