About the Role

As Assistant Director of QA, you'll play a central role in maintaining and strengthening our organization's commitment to excellence and compliance. You'll partner with leadership to design, execute, and refine quality assurance frameworks that align with all applicable licensing regulations and industry standards. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on management to ensure consistent adherence to program quality across all service areas.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures, and monitoring systems
• Oversee regulatory compliance initiatives and maintain alignment with state licensing requirements
• Conduct program reviews, audits, and assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Train and guide team members on quality standards and compliance protocols
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal leadership and licensing bodies
• Collaborate with department heads to address compliance issues and strengthen operational practices
• Stay current with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or program management in human services
• Strong knowledge of human services licensing standards and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence across departments
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
• Leadership capacity to mentor staff and drive compliance culture
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience will be considered
