Store Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Store Associate to support daily operations at our Harvard Square CVS Health store. In this full-time position, you'll work directly with customers and team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience, while maintaining store standards and helping us serve the local community with healthcare and retail products when they need us most.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and respond to questions about product locations, features, and pricing
• Operate the point-of-sale system at checkout with accuracy and efficiency
• Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise, ensuring proper organization and visibility
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout your shift
• Help customers locate items, provide product recommendations, and resolve concerns
• Process returns and exchanges following company policies
• Support the team with opening, closing, and inventory tasks as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures in everything you do

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand and move throughout a shift, including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in helping customers
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work assigned shifts
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping a clean, organized store
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible schedule availability, including potential evenings and weekends
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
