About the Role

As the Associate Selling Team Leader, you partner directly with the Store Team Leader to shape the store's strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations. You'll be the linchpin between management and your sales team, translating business objectives into actionable plans and fostering a culture of excellence. Your influence extends to every aspect of store performance—from sales and inventory management to team development and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and coach store associates into confident, high-performing sales professionals
• Execute and refine daily operational procedures to maintain store efficiency and compliance
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies that drive revenue growth
• Model exceptional customer service and ensure every guest interaction reflects American Eagle Outfitters' brand values
• Monitor sales performance, assist in forecasting, and identify opportunities to exceed targets
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent, building a pipeline of future leaders
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, and operational best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support store-wide initiatives and company objectives
