About the Role

What You'll Do
- Support daily store operations and ensure all departments run efficiently
- Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly
- Oversee merchandise receiving, organization, and stocking activities
- Lead by example and help develop team members through coaching and feedback
- Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards
- Process transactions accurately and assist with cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with management on scheduling, training, and performance goals

- Proven experience in retail store operations or similar supervisory role
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate team members

- Physical ability to lift merchandise and remain on your feet throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation to the Portage, Columbia County location
