About the Role
As General Manager of this Domino's Franchise location, you'll oversee all daily operations while partnering with your Director of Operations and District Manager to ensure consistent execution of company standards. This is a full-time, in-store leadership position where your presence, engagement, and decision-making directly impact team performance, customer satisfaction, and business results.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire team members using our hiring systems, building and maintaining a capable workforce
- Conduct weekly on-route evaluations with delivery drivers, provide coaching feedback, and identify ways to boost efficiency and customer service quality
- Train and develop drivers and team members on our operational processes and service standards
- Review daily performance metrics and reports, with accountability for meeting operational targets
- Work shifts in the store and lead by example, demonstrating the work ethic and service standards you expect from your team
- Collaborate with your District Manager and team on implementing improvements and operational feedback
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant, quick-service, or retail management experience (1+ years preferred)
- Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a diverse team
- Comfort and proficiency with digital systems for hiring, reporting, and store operations
- Reliability and availability for full-time, in-store leadership with flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality
- Coachability and commitment to continuous improvement
