About the Role

In this full-time management position, you'll oversee portfolio strategy and execution for enterprise content and training offerings. You'll work at the intersection of business development, product innovation, and revenue optimization, translating market opportunities into scalable learning solutions that serve enterprise clients and strengthen Pearson's competitive position in the education and training sector.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for enterprise content and assessment products, assessing strategic fit and growth potential
• Lead the acquisition, development, and launch of new learning offerings designed to meet enterprise customer needs
• Build and manage partnerships with key stakeholders to strengthen enterprise content and training capabilities
• Drive revenue growth initiatives within the enterprise segment by optimizing portfolio performance and customer value delivery
• Oversee the full commercialization process—from concept through market introduction—ensuring solutions align with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform portfolio decisions and strategic positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, operations, and finance to execute portfolio initiatives
• Build and mentor a team focused on enterprise learning solutions and market expansion

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in portfolio management, product strategy, or business development within education, training, or enterprise software

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field; advanced degree preferred
