About the Role
As an Immigration Paralegal, you'll play a key role in our immigration law department, assisting attorneys with visa petitions, employment-based immigration matters, and client immigration compliance. You'll work on deadline-driven matters that directly impact our clients' ability to hire and retain talent across borders.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and file visa petitions, labor certifications, and related immigration applications
- Conduct legal research on immigration regulations and compliance requirements
- Manage client communications and coordinate documentation for immigration cases
- Draft legal correspondence, memos, and case summaries under attorney supervision
- Maintain case files and track immigration deadlines and filing requirements
- Support attorneys during client consultations and immigration strategy sessions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal immigration regulations and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal certification or formal paralegal training
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with immigration law or commitment to developing expertise in this practice area
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management systems
- Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and clients
- High level of organization and ability to track complex case requirements
