The role involves driving cross-platform consistency decisions, building direct working relationships with engineering leads, and contributing to product design work.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience
  • IC-4 platform depth across iOS, Android, and React
  • Ownership of DS work across iOS, Android, and React
  • Production-quality Figma components for iOS and Android
  • React token pipeline end-to-end
  • Cross-platform consistency audits
  • Component documentation standards and usage guidelines
  • Systemic issue identification and recommendations
  • Product design work – screens, flows, and feature UX
