What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service, helping shoppers find products and completing transactions efficiently
• Lead by example on the sales floor, supporting and mentoring other store associates
• Handle cash, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate register operations
• Maintain store appearance, including organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean shopping environment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Contribute to a positive store culture and team environment
