Vice President of Marketing – Franchisor

Leap Brands seeks an experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our Cincinnati headquarters and lead our franchise marketing initiatives. As VP of Marketing, you'll shape brand strategy and drive growth across our franchise system while working directly with franchisees and corporate teams to build market presence and revenue.

About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. You'll own the complete marketing vision for Leap Brands, developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, accelerate franchise development, and generate systemwide revenue growth. Your work will be essential to keeping our brand competitive and innovative in the marketplace.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, setting direction and driving execution
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with franchise growth objectives
• Drive brand positioning and customer acquisition across all channels
• Partner with franchisees to amplify local and national marketing efforts
• Oversee brand messaging, creative development, and campaign performance
• Analyze market data and competitive landscape to inform strategy
• Manage marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across initiatives
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and executive leadership on business priorities

What We're Looking For

• Proven VP-level marketing leadership experience in franchise systems or multi-unit environments
• Strong track record building brand awareness and driving revenue growth
• Expertise in franchise marketing strategy and franchisee collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience across digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer acquisition
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
