Oracle is hiring a Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager I to lead critical infrastructure projects in Phoenix, Maricopa County. This full-time position sits within the Data Center Infrastructure Construction team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, where you'll drive the design, planning, and execution of world-class data center facilities at scale.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Center Facilities Development Manager I, you'll own the end-to-end development and delivery of data center infrastructure projects. You'll collaborate with a team of project managers, commissioning experts, and construction specialists to bring complex, large-scale facilities from concept to operational reality. Your focus will be on ensuring projects execute successfully while meeting Oracle's exacting standards for performance, safety, and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and development of data center construction projects from initial concept through commissioning
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and construction partners to align on timelines and deliverables
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of infrastructure facilities
• Oversee site assessment, facility design collaboration, and infrastructure deployment across multiple locations
• Partner with commissioning and operations teams to ensure facilities meet technical specifications and are ready for production use
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, safety protocols, and project delivery excellence
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout all project phases
