Decker Truck Line is seeking experienced Regional Reefer Drivers to join our team in Meers, Comanche County. If you're an experienced commercial driver with a track record of reliable performance, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a full-time, performance-based position for motivated drivers who are ready to maximize their earning potential through consistent availability and strong work ethic. You'll operate refrigerated trailers on regional routes, delivering temperature-sensitive freight across our service network. We value drivers who show up, perform, and move the needle—not those waiting for tenure increases.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a refrigerated trailer truck on assigned regional routes
- Maintain strict adherence to delivery schedules and customer commitments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation
- Secure and monitor reefer loads to ensure product quality and integrity
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Comply with DOT regulations, Hours of Service, and company safety policies
What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 6 months of professional truck driving experience
- Current DOT medical certificate
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work regional schedules
