About the Role

This full-time seasonal position is your opportunity to share your skiing and snowboarding expertise with guests from around the world. You'll deliver engaging, safe, and personalized instruction on Breckenridge's terrain, from beginner slopes to advanced runs. Working alongside a team of passionate mountain professionals, you'll create memorable experiences that build lasting connections to the sport and the mountain community.

What You'll Do

• Teach group and private ski and snowboard lessons to guests of all skill levels and ages
• Assess student ability, develop appropriate progression plans, and adapt teaching methods for individual learning styles
• Demonstrate skiing and snowboarding techniques with precision and safety in all snow conditions
• Prioritize guest and mountain safety through clear instruction and adherence to resort policies
• Build rapport with guests to encourage continued learning and return visits
• Maintain lesson areas and equipment in compliance with resort standards
• Collaborate with instructors, ski school management, and resort staff to deliver consistent guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Current PSIA or AASI certification (or equivalent recognized ski/snowboard instructor credential)
• Intermediate to advanced skiing and snowboarding ability on a variety of terrain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse age groups
• Genuine passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture
• Reliability, positive attitude, and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible winter season hours, including weekends and holidays
