NDE Level I/Assistant for TAR – Midland, TX

Msccn is hiring an NDE Level I/Assistant for TAR in Midland, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position open to veterans, transitioning military personnel, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their caregivers.

About the Role

As an NDE Level I/Assistant for TAR in Midland, you'll perform non-destructive examination inspections and testing under supervision. You'll support senior inspectors on site, developing proficiency in examination techniques, documentation, and quality assurance. This role is ideal for someone beginning or advancing a career in Non-Destructive Examination within the energy sector.

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine non-destructive examination procedures on equipment and materials
• Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records
• Assist senior NDE technicians with testing setup and data collection
• Follow established safety protocols and company standards
• Communicate inspection results clearly to supervisory personnel
• Support compliance with industry regulations and client requirements

What We're Looking For

• NDE Level I Certification or willingness to pursue it
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work safely at job sites in Midland and surrounding areas
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with experienced inspectors
