About the Role

As Director of Creative, you'll oversee the creative direction and execution of BeatBox's brand identity across all platforms. You'll work at the intersection of product innovation, marketing, and consumer engagement, ensuring every creative touchpoint reflects the brand's energy and authenticity. This leadership position shapes how BeatBox communicates with consumers, partners, and stakeholders in a dynamic, competitive market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creative vision and strategy for BeatBox brand campaigns, packaging design, and digital content
  • Direct a creative team and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales departments to execute integrated campaigns
  • Develop compelling brand narratives and creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive market relevance
  • Oversee creative asset production—from concept through launch—ensuring brand consistency and quality standards
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to keep BeatBox's creative approach forward-thinking
  • Work with agencies and external partners to expand creative capabilities and bring fresh perspectives
  • Present creative work to senior leadership and stakeholder groups, articulating strategic rationale and expected impact

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of creative leadership experience in consumer beverage, spirits, or fast-moving consumer goods
  • Proven ability to manage creative teams and drive high-impact campaign development from strategy to execution
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative creative work that moved business results
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, design principles, and multi-channel marketing execution
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to articulate creative strategy clearly to diverse audiences
  • Comfort with data-informed creative decisions and willingness to test and iterate
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field
