About the Role
As a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, you'll operate commercial vehicles on established routes across multiple states, delivering freight safely and on schedule. This position offers the predictability of regional work—no lengthy over-the-road stretches—paired with solid earning potential through base pay, mileage incentives, and bonus opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles on assigned regional delivery routes
- Execute pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Transport freight while adhering to all DOT regulations and safety standards
- Maintain detailed logbooks, delivery documentation, and compliance records
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers
- Contribute to our company's safety culture through proactive practices
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2+ years professional driving experience (preferred for experienced driver bonus)
- Current medical certificate and ability to pass DOT physical
- Clean background check and Motor Vehicle Report
- Strong safety awareness and customer service orientation
- Dependable, professional attitude toward work
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay: $1,635–$1,825
- $5,000 sign-on bonus (experienced drivers)
- Mileage rate increases every 6 months, up to $0.65 CPM
- Guaranteed minimum pay protection
- Quarterly safe-stop bonus payouts
- Unlimited referral bonuses (up to $3,000 per referral)
