About the Role

As a Solar Sales Consultant with Venture Home, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective customers interested in solar installation and renewable energy solutions. This is a full-time position based in Hartford, offering the opportunity to work with a company committed to environmental sustainability and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Educate homeowners about solar energy benefits, system options, and long-term cost savings
• Conduct site assessments and consultations to understand customer energy needs
• Prepare customized solar quotes and financing proposals
• Guide customers through the purchase process and address technical questions
• Collaborate with installation and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with customers before and after installation
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong sales ability with a consultative, customer-first approach
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn solar technology and renewable energy systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customer interactions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
