What You'll Do
- Welcome and seat guests with genuine hospitality
- Take accurate orders while answering questions about menu items and recommendations
- Guide guests through menu selections, highlighting options that match their preferences
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with speed and care
- Clear tables and reset dining spaces promptly during service
- Plate and present meals with attention to detail and presentation
- Resolve guest concerns with patience and a solution-focused approach
- Support the kitchen and team to maintain smooth, efficient service
