About the Role

As a Frozen Clerk at Hy-Vee, you'll be the backbone of our frozen foods department. Your work directly impacts how our customers find fresh, quality frozen products and experience the helpful service that defines Hy-Vee. You'll work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to ensure our shelves are stocked, organized, and ready for shoppers when they need us most.

What You'll Do

• Stock and organize frozen food products on department shelves with attention to quality and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to ordering needs
• Check product dates and remove expired items to maintain food safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe frozen foods section
• Assist customers with product questions and special requests
• Follow all food handling and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with your Hy-Vee team to support store operations
