LifePoint is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week full-time assignment in Sierra Bonita, Arizona. This position offers $2,408 per week for a qualified physical therapist ready to deliver patient care in a community healthcare setting.

About the Role

This travel placement brings experienced physical therapists to an underserved region of Arizona. You'll work a standard 40-hour week across 8-hour shifts, enabling consistent patient contact while maintaining predictable hours throughout your assignment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility, function, and rehabilitation needs
• Design individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities
• Track patient progress and modify treatment approaches to achieve optimal functional recovery
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other clinical team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records in compliance with healthcare standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Current professional liability insurance coverage
