MasTec Industrial is hiring a Concrete Superintendent for a full-time position based in Mills, Natrona County. This traveling, project-based role places you on active construction sites across the United States, where you'll lead concrete operations, drive schedules, and ensure work meets quality and budget targets.
About the Role
You'll take charge of day-to-day concrete construction execution at job sites nationwide. As Concrete Superintendent, your focus is delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification while maintaining safety and quality standards. You'll work in dynamic, mobile environments where leadership, accountability, and problem-solving directly impact project success.
What You'll Do
- Oversee concrete construction operations and coordinate on-site teams to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all work meets specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards
- Monitor labor, materials, and resource costs to maintain project budgets
- Manage and supervise concrete crews and subcontractors in the field
- Report project progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and clients
- Identify ways to accelerate timelines and improve productivity without sacrificing quality
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Concrete Superintendent or equivalent construction leadership position
- Working knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Track record managing project schedules, costs, and quality in the field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%) and work at various project locations
- Valid driver's license and ability to relocate temporarily as projects require
- Solid communication and crew supervision experience
