About the Role

As a Remote Notary Signing Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring vehicle transactions are properly documented and notarized. This position combines customer service with legal compliance, requiring precision and integrity in every document you process.

What You'll Do

• Notarize all required documentation for vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance
• Process motor vehicle titles and handle registration documents with meticulous attention to detail
• Manage client payments related to notarization services and document processing
• Examine documents to verify completeness, authenticity, and correct execution before notarizing
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with state notarization requirements and company protocols
• Verify client identities using acceptable forms of identification
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding documentation requirements and process expectations
• Work independently while meeting established quality and productivity standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid notary public commission for the United States or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong knowledge of Texas and national notarization laws and best practices
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
