Employbridge Career is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Manager fluent in Spanish and English for our Somerset, Pennsylvania location. About the Role

As our Bilingual Onsite Manager, you'll oversee daily site operations while serving as a key bridge between our diverse workforce and leadership. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English makes you essential to creating an inclusive, cohesive team environment. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring smooth operations and high team morale in a high-energy workplace.

What You'll Do

• Manage on-site team operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Communicate effectively with bilingual staff, translating operational guidance and company policies
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and address challenges in real time
• Ensure compliance with all company standards and safety protocols
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all team members
• Report on metrics and operational status to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both Spanish and English—verbal and written
• Proven management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working on-site full-time in Somerset, Pennsylvania
