About the Role

In this part-time, on-call position, you'll process transactions and help customers at our Kalamazoo airport location. Shifts are available seven days a week, with opportunities to work morning hours beginning at 8:30 AM and throughout the day. Your flexibility and reliability make you an essential part of our team.

What You'll Do

• Process parking payments and customer transactions accurately
• Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers
• Handle cash, cards, and other payment methods securely
• Deliver friendly, professional service to travelers and airport visitors
• Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
• Collaborate with the parking team to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong accuracy with math and money handling
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependability and flexibility for varied shift schedules including weekends
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems preferred
• Comfort working in a busy, dynamic environment
