As a Full-Time Compliance & Monitoring Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring organizations meet complex federal and state regulatory requirements through rigorous compliance oversight and grant documentation management.

About the Role

This position supports a dedicated compliance team responsible for analyzing, processing, and reviewing grant-related documentation to ensure regulatory adherence. You'll provide secondary-level compliance oversight, verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted materials, and maintain documentation systems that pass federal and state audits.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and review grant compliance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment
• Process compliance-related materials according to federal and state requirements
• Provide second-level review and approval of compliance work products and submissions
• Maintain audit-ready program records and organize documentation for regulatory inspection
• Identify compliance discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Support team coordination and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in compliance, monitoring, audit, or related regulatory roles
• Knowledge of federal and state grant compliance frameworks and requirements
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities
