About the Role
You'll lead business development and customer relationship management for our growing Services division. This position combines strategic sales activities with hands-on project support, positioning you at the intersection of customer needs and our technology solutions. You'll work in the US, identifying market opportunities and cultivating partnerships that extend equipment lifecycles and modernize customer operations.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US Services market
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on lifecycle extension and modernization projects
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Assess customer needs and recommend technology upgrades and service solutions
- Support proposal development and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to Services division revenue growth
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management—ideally in industrial services or energy sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding targets
- Ability to understand complex technical offerings and translate them to customer value
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Comfort traveling within the US as business needs require
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
