Rividium, Inc is hiring a full-time HR Benefits Specialist with Security Clearance in Alexandria to manage employee benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and enrollment processes for our federal contracting operations.
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to own the administration and compliance of our employee benefits programs. You'll work with federal regulations, company policy, and industry best practices to ensure our benefits operations meet all compliance requirements and serve our workforce effectively.
What You'll Do
- Research and interpret federal regulatory guidance, compliance requirements, and policy changes affecting employee benefits administration
- Manage benefits enrollment processes and eligibility verification, including documentation collection and verification procedures
- Review and maintain supporting documentation required for enrollment opportunities and benefits eligibility determination
- Ensure benefits processes align with federal contracting requirements and regulatory standards
- Support employee questions and provide guidance on benefits options, coverage, and plan selections
- Maintain accurate benefits records and coordinate with payroll, finance, and benefits carriers
What We're Looking For
- Active security clearance (Secret level or higher) required
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and federal compliance
- Solid understanding of federal benefits regulations and government contracting requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in document management
- Ability to research regulatory guidance and interpret complex compliance requirements
- Professional communication skills and ability to support employees across the organization
- Experience with HR information systems and benefits administration software preferred
