About the Role
As a BCBA at Golden Steps ABA, you'll oversee comprehensive behavioral treatment programs and serve as a clinical leader within our Virginia Beach team. This role blends direct supervision, clinical strategy, and team development to ensure every client receives high-quality, individualized care rooted in behavioral science.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with each client's clinical needs and family goals
- Provide direct supervision and clinical mentorship to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
- Conduct ongoing functional behavior assessments and modify treatment protocols based on progress data
- Collaborate with families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress and maintain transparent communication
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
- Contribute to a supportive team culture grounded in inclusion and professional growth
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- State licensure where required
- Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated clinical experience in applied behavior analysis
