Oracle is seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant – General Readiness to lead the design and rollout of post-implementation support methodologies across healthcare organizations nationwide. In this full-time position based in the United States, you'll shape how healthcare systems prepare their clinical and operational teams for successful long-term Oracle platform adoption and sustainable workflow optimization.
About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Consultant focused on general readiness initiatives, you will drive transformation efforts that ensure healthcare organizations establish robust support foundations and maximize value from their Oracle investments. This role requires approximately 80% travel to client sites, where you'll engage directly with clinical leaders, IT teams, and operational staff to architect readiness strategies tailored to each organization's unique needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of post-implementation readiness programs aligned with Oracle's Support Readiness Fundamentals methodology and best practices
- Design customized readiness strategies that address each healthcare organization's distinct clinical workflows, staffing models, and operational environments
- Create and deliver comprehensive training content, documentation, and change management materials for clinical staff, administrators, and support teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct readiness assessments to identify capability gaps and establish clear success metrics for ongoing system adoption
- Partner with implementation teams, clinical informaticists, and healthcare leadership to embed industry best practices into post-go-live support structures
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of readiness methodologies and service delivery approaches
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a clinical consultant or healthcare IT professional with strong understanding of clinical operations and healthcare workflows
- Demonstrated expertise in post-implementation support, readiness planning, or change management within healthcare settings
- Strong ability to translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, practical guidance for diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals and clinical IT teams
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% of the time to client locations across the United States
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; healthcare credentials or certifications preferred
