Dollar General Fleet is seeking professional Class A CDL drivers for regional delivery routes based in Searcy, White County. About the Role
As a CDL A Truck Driver with Dollar General Fleet, you'll operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes, returning home every week. This is a full-time position designed for experienced drivers who value schedule predictability and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with dispatch teams and fellow drivers.
What You'll Do
- Transport merchandise and supplies from our regional distribution centers to Dollar General retail locations across multiple states
- Support Dollar General's nationwide expansion by delivering to newly opened store locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain comprehensive logs
- Execute deliveries on schedule while maintaining safety and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch and store receiving teams to ensure smooth, efficient deliveries
- Uphold professional driving standards and represent Dollar General Fleet in customer interactions
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)
- Clean, professional driving record
- Demonstrated experience operating Class A heavy-duty commercial vehicles
- Strong commitment to on-time, safe delivery
- Reliability and accountability in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
