As a Dock Hand, you'll be at the center of marina activity—connecting boat owners with exceptional service while maintaining a clean, secure, and efficient waterfront workspace. What You'll Do

• Assist with boat docking and undocking procedures, managing lines and mooring equipment safely
• Load, unload, and organize cargo and supplies on vessels and docks
• Maintain dock cleanliness, equipment, and facilities to ensure a professional and safe environment
• Perform routine maintenance on dock infrastructure, vessels, and operational equipment
• Monitor vessel activity and assist customers with their boating needs
• Follow all safety protocols and marina regulations to prevent accidents and maintain compliance
• Support inventory management and report equipment issues or maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to operational demands during busy periods and seasonal fluctuations

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to perform demanding dock work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow established protocols and procedures

• Reliable, punctual attendance and a professional work ethic
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn marine operations
